Welcome to the MVA web site.  The MVA touches the life of almost every citizen and resident of the State of Maryland.  Our core mission is to ensure the safety of every driver we license, maintaining the integrity of our processes for every product issued by MVA and enforcing the security of the information in our databases.  By working creatively, the MVA team has applied the latest technology to replace the need for the customer to visit an MVA Office.  Our goal is to provide as many options as possible to our customers to conduct the majority of transactions via an alternate service delivery method such as by mail, telephone, internet or a self-service kiosk.
